Layaway, Payments, Shipping, and Returns
Order value minimum is $500, Maximum $3000. Please contact us to discuss split payments or select split at checkout.
In order to put an item on layaway, the customer must have a confirmed PayPal account. All layaways are processed through PayPal Lay Buys. Available as a checkout option. Any missed payments or cancellation will result in loss of deposit.
In order for LAB to continue to provide curated luxury bags, footwear, and apparel to our amazing customers, we've had to make some amendments to our checkout and payment system due to further protect ourselves from fraudulent purchases. After chatting with some of our colleagues in the luxury resale world about how they handle their checkouts, it was clear that we should follow suit.
All orders over $1,000 require a bank wire or EMT (email money transfer) payment. This may sound annoying, but it's really not. We'll guide you every step of the way. If you absolutely must use a credit card, drop us a line and we can chat. We are still offering Split Payments, however not between credit cards, only between wire and EMT payments now. Email us for more information, and ANY questions, we're here for you!

Shipping and Delivery
Canada (4-10 business days) - FREE on all orders over $100 pre tax.
Orders under $100, rates are live and calculated at checkout.
Ontario has a $10 flat rate which includes tracking, but no signature (at your own risk).
Local pick up available in Hamilton.
All orders over $200 receive signature no matter what, it's on us!
USA (4 - 15 business days) - Calculated at checkout. There may be duty, this is out of our control, buyer is responsible.
International Orders - If you don't see your country at check-out, send us an email at email@example.com and we can discuss.

We will ship items within 4-10 business days after receiving cleared payment. Once sent, you will receive an email with your tracking number if you've chosen a tracked rate.
If you fail to pick up your package from your post office and it gets returned to LAB, you have the option of a) having the package shipped back to you once again at your expense, or b) having the purchase price refunded to you, shipping costs paid on the initial shipment are non refundable. Shipping and handling fees for re-sent packages are as follows: International $75, Canada $20 and USA, $25.
LAB takes pride in being environmentally friendly. Your package may arrive in a recycled box or an up-cycled dust bag, and will include minimal invoices printed on recycled paper.

All beauty items are final sale.
Due to our items being resale, with most being in gently worn condition, all sales are final once the order is placed. Clothing items, new with tags can be returned for credit only.
Some items are returnable, it will say so in the description. You will need to pay for the return postage, and the package must have tracking and signature. Contact us for more information before sending anything back .

Here at LAB, each item is carefully selected to meet our high standard of quality. You will find in many cases our items come with the original authenticity paperwork and dust bags from the original purchase. Please read the descriptions of each bag carefully and look at all of the photos provided. We show all of our handbags as they are, so please note the size. Colouring of bags can slightly change due to varying monitor calibration.
If you wish to return your purchase because you feel that the handbag is not authentic, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item/s in order to receive a full refund. We will require you to produce documentation that the designer handbag you purchased from us is not authentic. You can obtain such documentation from a well-recognized authenticator service or expert, or the original designer store. We will attend to any matter and work together with you to resolve it. We recommend Authenticate First as a trusted authentication source.

There will be no sales taxes charged on shipments to US and international customers.
All Canadian orders subject to 5% federal tax; NB, NF, NS, ON, PEI, orders are subject to 13% total.
Merchandise is subject to import duties & tariffs during customs inspection when goods are shipped to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, tarrifs, and other expenditures that are incurred during shipment. LAB is not responsible for packages delayed by the postal service or customs inspections.
